We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help maintain, monitor, and optimize the reliability and performance of our systems and services. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy working with cloud infrastructure, automation, and supporting remote engineering teams.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Assist in the monitoring, reliability, and performance of cloud-based systems.
- Support automation of deployment, scaling, and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with software engineering and DevOps teams to improve system resilience.
- Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Help implement best practices for availability, scalability, and security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure internships/projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Linux/Unix systems, and scripting languages.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD, monitoring tools, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
