Why is this role exciting? You'll:
- Gain broad exposure across systems, branding, tools, suppliers, automation, projects, and continuous improvement.
- Join at a pivotal time as we uplift our recruitment tech landscape, driving usage of our new tool Phenom AI, and optimising our SuccessFactors ATS.
- Play a key role in introducing AI powered efficiencies, improving processes, and supporting recruiter capability uplift.

- Drive the adoption of our new Phenom AI platform—training, support, and analytics.
- Support and optimise our ATS (Success Factors), including troubleshooting, configuration, and system improvements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and introduce AI enabled efficiencies.
- Provide operational support across branding, system maintenance, documentation, supplier management and general team support.
- Assist with job board integrations, recruitment tools, and project coordination.
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- A strong technical and AI driven mindset with genuine curiosity for new tools.
- 1–3 years’ experience in TA, HR, or HR operations and/or systems.
- Comfort working with systems and troubleshooting technology.
- Proactive, organised approach and willingness to support a variety of operations tasks.
- Experience with Phenom is a bonus (but not essential).
