About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact IT infrastructure projects. This is a fast-moving, high-visibility role requiring an experienced PM who can manage complex technical projects while engaging senior stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to agreed quality standards
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies, providing structured updates to senior management
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver outcomes in cloud, data centre, networking, and storage
• Ensure adherence to project governance, including approvals, documentation, and risk management
• Engage and influence stakeholders, including technical leads, business representatives, and senior executives
• Manage vendor performance, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and quality expectations are met
• Proactively identify and resolve issues or roadblocks, escalating as required to maintain project momentum
• Apply lessons learned from completed projects and support knowledge sharing across teams

About You

Essential:

• 10+ years’ experience delivering complex IT infrastructure projects
• Strong project management fundamentals and governance experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing third-party vendors
• Comfortable engaging senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
• Technical background in IT infrastructure (cloud, data centre, networking, storage)
• Experience in regulated industries or government environments
