To support our continued growth, we are looking for an HR Specialist who combines strong expertise in governance, hard HR, and local legislation with strategic insight and a hands-on approach. As a key contributor, you will drive HR projects, ensure compliance with local laws, and help professionalize our HR processes to create a solid foundation for our organization’s success.

What awaits you?

• Serve as the key user and expert for HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and smooth daily operations.
• Track and implement compliance with local legislation.
• Oversee local HR policies, translating them into clear and practical guidelines for the organization.
• Manage the Flex Income Plan (cafeteria plan) to ensure effective administration and employee communication.
• Participate actively in various HR projects, contributing to meaningful improvements and solutions.
• Drive process improvements in payroll and other HR workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide guidance on HR governance to ensure compliance with policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support HR initiatives and deliver positive change.

What should you bring along?

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience, complemented by at least three years of relevant expertise in payroll, compensation & benefits, rewards, or hands-on HR roles.
• Strong affinity for working with numbers and data, combining analytical skills with strategic thinking to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the continuous professionalization of HR processes.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and a very good command of English to facilitate effective collaboration across departments.
• Proficiency in digital tools and systems, particularly advanced skills in Excel, along with solid knowledge of eBlox and the Flex Income Plan (cafeteria plan).
• Experience in managing HR systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with local legislation, and adherence to HR governance standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, supporting HR projects that drive meaningful improvements in payroll and other HR workflows.
