Mission
As An HR Assistant, You Will Be Responsible For
- You will manage the full onboarding process for consultants and staff members.
- You will create and maintain employee profiles in an internal HR system similar to SAP and ensure accurate data entry.
- You will present essential information to new employees (company values, mobility budget, extra-legal benefits, hospitalization insurance, group insurance, etc.).
- You will create Dimona declarations and manage administrative HR documentation.
- You will handle access requests for new employees (badges, IT access and internal tools).
- You will translate documents (FR – NL / FR – EN / EN – NL).
- You will plan and coordinate agendas, including annual evaluations, meeting room bookings and internal meetings.
- You will support administrative operations such as invoicing follow-up, PO requests and coordination of business travel (hotels, flights and trains).
- You have an experience in administration, secretarial work or human resources, or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- You have a strong written and verbal communication skills in French, Dutch and English (a strong asset).
- You have a very good command of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- You have a good knowledge or experience with an HR management system / ERP such as SAP is an advantage.
- You have the ability to manage administrative data accurately and with strong attention to detail.
- You are versatile and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- You are autonomous while working effectively within a team.
- You are professional, reliable and respectful of confidentiality and professional ethics.
