What we do
B2B software products usually sell in two ways:
- Product-led: having a really intuitive and self-serve product that infiltrates organizations organically. Slack is a good example of this. This scales really well, but isn't viable for more complex products that need the customer to spend a lot of effort in setup.
- Sales-led: a classic team of folks who find customers, explain the value of the product to them and help them succeed with it. Often very effective, but expensive and hard to scale. You need each customer to be worth a lot of revenue for this approach to be viable.
We're building a third way. Agents that live inside products, explain and demo them to potential customers, help them onboard, activate and adopt new features.
If we're successful, new kinds of software businesses become viable – complex products with a lower price point, sold to SMBs. As an added bonus, we won't ever have to sit on a demo call again, scheduled 2 weeks out with a junior sales associate who scrolls the landing page.
Progress
We launched this direction last year and it's working: we went from zero to paying customers in a couple of months, and we're growing fast.
We've raised a seed round from European and North American funds and founders. We can share more over a call.
Location
We're small, and generally work in person in our office in Telliskivi, Tallinn.
That said, we're open to remote in European timezones for someone really exceptional who can't relocate.
About the role
We're looking for a generalist product engineer who wants to own products end to end. You'll pick up problems — from figuring out what to build, to shipping it, to making sure it actually works for customers. We're a small team so there are no handoffs; you'll be in the codebase, in customer calls, and in the architecture decisions.
This role requires someone who drives things forward proactively. We don't assign tasks — you'll identify what matters, make the call, and ship it. If something is broken or unclear, we expect you to fix it or flag it, not wait for someone to notice.
To give you a sense of the work: you might build the pipeline that lets our agent narrate a product demo with voice in real time, design how we integrate into a customer's product, or rethink how we handle onboarding flows that need to adapt to what the user is actually doing.
Must have
- Experience building and shipping full stack products. You've designed APIs, built the frontend that consumes them, and maintained both in production.
- Experience building systems that utilize LLMs.
- Comfortable in TypeScript, Node, and React — this is our stack and you'll use it daily.
- A solid handle on SQL, particularly Postgres.
- Strong product instincts — you care about whether the thing you built actually solves the problem, not just whether it works.
Ideally you have
- A personal resentment against demo calls.
- Experience with real-time streaming systems, including websockets and audio.
In return, you get
- To play and build production systems with the cutting edge of LLMs most days.
- A solid early stock options package and competitive comp.
- Really nice customers to work with — they're really patient with us and take the time to give great feedback.
- All of the highs and lows of an early-stage startup.
Don't hesitate to apply if you don't cover everything but are interested — all of us have had to learn on the go, and we can help you accomplish the same.
