About The Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Finance domain team and help build and evolve internal financial systems that support our core business operations.
In this role, you will develop an internal incident and risk management platform as well as services that support accounting and financial processes across our markets.
Your work will directly impact how efficiently we manage financial operations, risk controls, and compliance within the company. You will collaborate closely with finance, risk, and engineering teams to design and implement reliable and scalable internal systems.

We start with a short screening call. Next, you will have an interview and technical discussion with the hiring team.

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop internal systems for incident and risk management.
- Build and maintain backend services supporting accounting and financial operations.
- Develop APIs and integrations between internal financial systems.
- Build and maintain web interfaces for internal tools using Vue.js.
- Ensure reliability, traceability, and data integrity in financial workflows.
- Collaborate with finance, risk, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and continuously improve existing internal platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Strong backend development experience with Python.
- Experience building modern web applications using Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and service-based architectures.
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Ability to design and build internal tools and operational systems.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable collaborating with non-engineering teams such as finance and risk.
- Experience with Java.
- Experience in fintech, accounting systems, or financial operations.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Experience working with cloud environments and containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
