🎯 Your Mission
As a Product Designer in the Learning Experience Squad, you will help build and strengthen our pedagogical value.
You will focus on our live experience and the learning features that support it, working closely with the squad’s Product Manager and Engineering Manager, within a cross-functional team (Front-end, Back-end, Design, Data). You will report to our Senior Product Designer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating impactful and engaging solutions through user research, sketching, and prototyping
- Contributing to project scoping and problem framing with a strong focus on user needs and technical constraints
- Validating and improving your designs through user testing and hypothesis-driven iteration
- Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer-facing teams to maximize pedagogical value
- Driving our visual identity forward with appealing designs and thoughtful micro-interactions
- Contributing actively to design critiques and to the evolution of our design system
🧩 Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a SaaS environment (EdTech is a strong plus)
- Strong UI/UX skills with attention to interaction design and user delight
- Analytical mindset with experience conducting user research and leveraging data
- Interest or expertise in learning mechanisms and education
- Collaborative approach in a cross-functional, remote-friendly environment
- Experience with accessibility is a plus
- Fluency in English and French (we are an English-first company)
