We are searching for a Senior Product Designer to join our awesome Berlin team. As a Senior Product Designer you will design innovative and usable design solutions that address our customer needs and desires, while meeting our business objectives and technology constraints. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a love for collaboration, and a passion for the AI era.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Lead the creation and refinement of user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional;
  
  

• Solve complex UX challenges using interaction design and prototyping tools;
  
  

• Collaborate on a living design system while owning components within your area of responsibility.
  
  

• Collaborate with the design team leadership to drive vision and strategy;
  
  

• Work closely with customer insights and business intelligence to deepen our understanding of Omio customers, their behaviours and mental models;
  
  

• Be part of a cross-functional team designing solutions for web, iOS and Android apps, and emerging platforms;
  
  

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers in ideating new products and services that support the designated product area to achieve their key objectives;Use iterative data to inform decisions and shape the vision, while tracking metrics to achieve team goals.
  
  

• Mentor less experienced designers, fostering a collaborative team environment and sharing advanced design knowledge and practices.
  
  
  
  

• You have 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) or similar.
  
  

• You're a human-centered problem solver;
  
  

• You use insights to inform your designs and make decisions based on the impact to people and the business;
  
  

• You're a great communicator, happy to share your work and get feedback from your teammates;
  
  

• You use AI tools to rapidly prototype user experiences.
