Join our strategic project in North-West Germany, part of a major national initiative to expand Germany’s hydrogen network and accelerate the transition to low-carbon industrial energy. We’re looking for an HR Assistant for an immediate start near Düsseldorf. The role will support administrative and HR-related activities on a construction site, ensuring continuity in timekeeping, onboarding coordination, and general site administration.
The role requires daily presence on-site.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily timesheets, attendance data, and overtime monitoring for site personnel.
- Support onboarding activities, including badges, access procedures, logistics, and housing information.
- Maintain accurate personnel records, documentation, and site administrative files.
- Prepare basic reports, manage correspondence, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with site management, HR, and subcontractors to support workforce documentation and data accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support for travel, accommodation updates, and information requests.
Requirements
- Junior profile, recent graduate or early-career candidate welcome.
- Fluent German proficiency is mandatory (C1 or higher)
- Good English (spoken and written).
- Confident with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and digital tools.
- Highly accurate, reliable, and organized.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic construction site environment.
- Immediate availability
