Role: Agile Coach
Location: Dublin, Ireland( Hybrid)
Contract: 06-12months with possible extensions
Required Skills & Experience
Core Agile Expertise
- 12+ years of experience in Agile coaching or transformation roles.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, XP.
- Hands‑on experience coaching teams in complex enterprise environments.
Banking / Financial Services Experience preferred.
- 3+ years working in the banking domain (retail, corporate, investment, or digital banking).
- Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and risk management processes.
Technical & Delivery Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar.
Soft Skills
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Empathy, patience, and a coaching mindset.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced CSM, or PSM I/II.
- Certified Agile Coach (ICP‑ACC, ICP‑ATF, ICP‑ENT).
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist (SA).
- Lean Six Sigma (optional but valuable in banking).
