Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Agile coach for agile teams within client’s wealth management technology and operations programs.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Strong experince on Banking domain
- Remove impediments and ensure a culture of continuous improvement within delivery teams.
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to ensure the backlog is well-prioritized and aligned with business outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for wealth management technology and client onboarding initiatives, applying both Agile and traditional project management methods as required.
- Track project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring transparent communication to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across client’s global teams.
- Champion agile best practices, coach team members, and contribute to building a culture of agility and accountability.
