We are looking for a talented Data Analytics Developer with extensive hands-on experience in data analytics platforms, integration skills across various technologies, and motivation to grow in Riga.


We’ll trust you with:

  • Work with the most modern on-premises, cloud, and hybrid data analytics platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Google Cloud Platform, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, Oracle Autonomous Database, and more
  • Design and deliver impactful data analytics solutions, defining architecture and integrations, and implementing classical DWH, Lakehouse-based platforms, streaming analytics, low-code solutions and more
  • Design and implement ETL/ELT processes based on business needs using the best-in-class tools such as dbt, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Pipelines, Google Cloud Dataflow and Dataform, Informatica IICS and others
  • Analyze large databases and find appropriate configuration and optimization solutions
  • Configure and customize business intelligence solutions
  • Contribute your vision and expertise to help shape best practices in various data analytics technologies
  • Grow and share knowledge — learn from more senior colleagues while also mentoring more junior team members


To do that you’ll need:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a Data Engineer or similar role
  • SQL, PL/SQL and/or Python programming experience
  • Experience developing ELT/ETL processes with modern data analytics technologies
  • Preferably, experience developing large-scale data platforms
  • Fluency in Latvian and English
  • Willingness to take initiative and work in a team
