We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Lead Product Owner to guide the direction of multiple product teams, primarily within game development and online gaming. This senior role will play a key part in defining product strategy, ensuring consistent delivery, and driving cross-functional collaboration across the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners managing multiple products or complex product portfolios
• Align product strategies with company objectives and OKRs
• Act as the key decision-maker on product priorities, timelines, and feature development
• Define and own the long-term product vision and communicate it clearly to stakeholders
• Work closely with the Head of Product and senior leadership on roadmap planning and product investment decisions
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and product excellence
• Oversee product backlog prioritisation and delivery planning while managing cross-team dependencies
• Collaborate with development, design, QA, release management, and marketing teams
• Ensure timely and high-quality product releases through structured planning and execution
• Mentor and support junior Product Owners across the team
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to guide product direction
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role
• Experience within game development or the iGaming industry
• Strong strategic thinking and product planning skills
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the gambling sector
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
