We're looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to own our product analytics infrastructure end-to-end. You'll build and maintain the data tracking, data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics foundations that enable our product team to make data-driven decisions. This is a high-impact technical role for someone who thrives building robust analytics systems and can execute with minimal oversight in a startup environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own product analytics infrastructure end-to-end; building and maintaining the data tracking, data pipelines, dashboards, and self-serve reporting that power product insights
  • Design and implement data tracking strategy in partnership with Product, Marketing and Engineering teams
  • Build and maintain reliable data pipelines and models that power product analytics dashboards and insights
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that give fast, actionable visibility into user behavior, feature adoption, and product performance
  • Work hands-on with engineers to implement data tracking, close instrumentation gaps, and ensure accurate, timely data
  • Troubleshoot data quality issues and maintain high standards for analytics accuracy and reliability
  • Partner with product teams to translate business questions into data requirements and deliver insights

Core Requirements

  • Proven senior-level experience building and maintaining product analytics infrastructure in a startup or scale-up environment (bonus point for building from scratch)
  • Strong track record designing data tracking strategies and partnering with engineers on instrumentation
  • Deep product analytics experience (user behavior, funnels, feature adoption, and tying product signals to business outcomes)
  • Advanced SQL and scripting skills (e.g., Python); comfortable reading and writing production code and collaborating with backend engineers
  • Experience with modern data tooling (e.g., data warehouses, ELT/ETL tools, orchestration, BI tools)
  • Ability to work end-to-end and independently - from defining analytics requirements to implementing solutions and driving delivery
  • Excellent communication skills with product, engineering, and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong data quality mindset - comfortable validating data, defining metrics, and ensuring analytics reliability
