What You’ll Do:

• Support workflows and technical troubleshooting, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency.
• Monitor system stability and respond to issues swiftly as members of a 7/24 coverage rotation.
• Collaborate closelywith engineering and product teamsto resolve technical issues and enhanceclient service, ensuring seamless integration across time zones.
• Actively participate in incident resolution and adhere to stringent change management procedures to maintain the stability and security of the platform.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with REST APIs and modern software systems.
• Knowledge of an IT support ticketing system.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python or Shell.
• Experience with databases and SQL queries.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools.
• Practical experience in AWSservices such as IAM, DynamoDB, EC2, and S3.
• Basic knowledge of networking topology and protocols.
• Ability to manage Java applications and utilize the browser developer console for troubleshooting front-end issues.

Monthly Salary: 4800 - 6200 Eur./Gross
