UX / UI Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong passion for building innovative product experiences that make people’s work easier and more efficient.

By further designing our SaaS solution, FinanceGPT, you will contribute shaping how Generative AI can improve employees’ daily work in the Financial Service Industry; helping them automate repetitive tasks and gain more time for value-generating tasks.

This role offers the opportunity to apply your Design craft to an industry hungry for digital innovation, leveraging the most innovative technologies to create experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, with a strong focus on delivering solutions that drive efficiency
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate visions and help stakeholders align on product solutions
• Leverage our client base to conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Collaborate with customer success, product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals
• Further expand our design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all aspects of our UNIQUE Brand
• Occasionally support our Marketing and Sales team by providing key UI assets for product-marketing content

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, ideally with SaaS and FinTech focus
• Proficiency in the standard design tools (we use Figma for high-fidelity designs and Balsamiq for wireframes)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Fluent in English and excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
• Experience with responsive and mobile design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus
