Job Description
A project without sufficient oversight and coordination might not deliver positive outcomes, which is where our Project Managers come in. You’ll use methodologies like Agile/Scrum and Prince2 to define project scopes, set timelines, and manage resources. If you see the project meander, you’re there to put it back on track through leadership, communication and problem-solving. To align the project with wider business goals, you’ll never lose sight of effective risk management and budgeting while upholding quality standards. Experience in delivering large, complex IT projects is a must.
As a Project Manager the criteria for successful project delivery is part of your DNA. Your projects are always on time, within budget, meet our client’s quality standards and align with the business goals. Your people management, presales, leadership and communication skills mean you’re never caught by surprise, remaining proactive from project concept to delivery while your resource management skills mean there are always resources kept aside for problems that might arise. The planning, execution and oversight of projects are informed by client goals, sometimes requiring bespoke solutions for each, and sensible management of the workload that goes with them.

You Have Knowledge And Experience Of The Following
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Experience: Min 7 years, senior.
- Languages: Fluent in French with excellent knowledge in English.
- An understanding of the human and cultural challenges posed by a digital transformation process with proven communication skills.
- Organize a clear communication – working closely with the customer (C-level) about the program and projects delivery.
- Understanding of how digital transformation in the public sector can positively. influence decision making and process efficiency at all levels of an organization.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies at project and program levels, ideally demonstrated by one or more certifications such as Prince2 for Agile, Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, or SAFe by equivalent.
- + 3 Years’ of practical experience in software development is an advantage.
- Good understanding of distributed systems and Web technologies.
- Spreading the Agile values and principles by using conviction and diplomacy and helping the Agile Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
- Working closely with clients, product owners, and team members on a daily basis to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Managing the productivity of the team and continuously challenge the way of working.
- Working closely with the technical lead and ensuring the technical strategy is followed and in alignment with the program level.
