We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on marketing professional to help us scale Mindory, an iOS app focused on mental health support for neurodivergent individuals.
This is not a corporate role with large budgets and fixed processes.
This is a startup environment where speed, clarity, and ownership matter.

What you will be responsible for
- Rapidly growing a base of paying users for our iOS app
- Driving user acquisition across European and US markets
- Working with a limited marketing budget and optimizing every euro spent
- Testing and scaling acquisition channels with a strong focus on performance
- Building and executing viral and organic growth strategies
- Continuously adapting to changing conditions and priorities
- Tracking and optimizing key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, and retention
- Providing clear weekly reports directly to the founders
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in growth marketing for mobile apps, ideally in mental health or health tech
- Strong understanding of unit economics and performance marketing
- Ability to clearly calculate and explain cost per acquisition and overall funnel performance
- Experience working in early-stage startups with fast-changing environments
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes
- Confidence to challenge ideas and defend your strategy with data
- Experience with AI tools in marketing workflows
- Background in viral marketing and organic growth for apps
- Track record of successful campaigns and measurable results
