We’re looking for a full-time, remote Product Manager (Crypto Exchange) to own the full product lifecycle of our exchange-related products. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing to define product vision and roadmap, translate business goals into clear product strategy, and drive delivery from discovery through launch and iteration. The role includes researching market dynamics, collecting and prioritizing customer needs, running feedback sessions, and continuously improving usability and overall product performance.

• Proven product management experience across market research, product strategy, and roadmap ownership
• Strong command of agile delivery and collaboration tools, plus comfort with analytics/data tools
• Solid understanding of software development workflows and UX/UI principles in fintech environments
• Deep familiarity with crypto and blockchain, ideally with trading platforms or exchange products
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and decision-making ability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-oriented team

Base Salary: €220,000 - €250,000 annually

End-of-year bonus based on performance results of up to 20% of annual salary
