Our 120 experts offer regulatory consulting and advisory services and assistance to an international and sophisticated client base across multiple industries. This includes a range of services from the classic regulatory consulting, working with funds, their asset managers and asset servicers on the practical implementation of rules and regulations, to topics such as risk management, fund distribution, fund governance, and compliance of Luxembourg regulated entities.

In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie ergebnisoffen mit Teams an komplexen Ermittlungsprojekten, um Anomalien und ungewöhnliche Aktivitäten aufzudecken und Risiken für forensische und behördliche Ermittlungen, Compliance- und Rechtsstreitigkeiten zu bewerten. Beispielhafte Arbeitsbereiche sind Betrug, Bestechung und Korruption, Sanktionen, Geldwäsche, Datenverwaltung und Datenschutz, Marktmissbrauch, Insiderhandel und vieles mehr. Sie werden an Technologie- und Analyse-Workstreams im Rahmen des gesamten EDRM-Prozesses mitwirken und Verantwortung dafür übernehmen. Dies umfasst beispielsweise die Datenerfassung aus allen Arten von Datenquellen, Beweismittelverwaltung und -dokumentation, Datenextraktion, -verarbeitung und -analyse, Unterstützung bei der Überprüfung sowie Produktion.

Ihre Tätigkeit
- Unterstützungstätigkeiten in allen Phasen des EDRM-Prozesses,
- Aufrechterhaltung der Kommunikation mit Mandanten,
- Teilnahme an Initiativen zur Entwicklung der technischen Fähigkeiten und des Dienstleistungsangebots des Teams,
- Aufbau eines internen und externen Netzwerks.
- Bachelor-Abschluss in einem technologiebezogenen Bereich,
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen digitale Forensik und eDiscovery, idealerweise in einer renommierten Beratungsfirma (mit Erfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungssektor, aber nicht darauf beschränkt),
- Praktische Erfahrung (und vorzugsweise Zertifizierungen) in Relativity, EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite oder ähnlichen forensischen Tools,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in allen Phasen des EDRM-Prozesses,
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management sowie die Fähigkeit, innerhalb großer Organisationen und mit Mandanten effektiv Beziehungen aufzubauen,
- Engagement für herausragende Ergebnisse und die Lieferung hochwertiger, fundierter Arbeit mit einer kundenorientierten Denkweise,
- Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und sich durch die Übernahme von Verantwortung herausgefordert zu fühlen,
- Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit einem Blick für Details,
- Neugierde und Bereitschaft, neue Technologien zu erlernen und Zertifizierungen zu erwerben,
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
- Kenntnisse der Relativity Server-Infrastruktur sind ein großer Vorteil,
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Datenbankmanagement (SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Neo4j), Skripting (Python, R, SQL), Visualisierung (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, Spotfire), Big Data (Spark, Hadoop, Blockchain, Data Lakes) und Cloud Computing (Azure und AWS) sind von Vorteil.
