Full Stack / GenAI Consultant (Node.js, React, Next.js)

Eindhoven, Netherlands (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Contract (6–12 months)

Strong experience in full-stack development

• Node.js
• React.js
• Next.js

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions

Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms

Knowledge of:

• Data pipelines & data indexing
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

Experience in LLM fine-tuning and evaluation

• Metrics: Precision, Recall, Grounding

Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks

• Microsoft Agent Framework
• AgentCore / similar

Understanding of:

• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• A2A (Agent-to-Agent communication)

Experience building:

• Chatbots
• Voice bots

• Design and develop end-to-end full stack applications
• Build and deploy Generative AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Develop and optimize RAG-based architectures
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs using performance metrics
• Build production-ready chatbot and voice bot solutions
• Work with agentic AI frameworks and protocols
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to handle ad hoc client requirements
• Ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions
