Requirements

  • 8–15 years in software development roles.
  • Strong experience with React and Microsoft .NET development using C#.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft development environments; MCTS, MCSD, or MVP certifications are preferred.
  • Operates with broad direction and demonstrates a high level of self-initiative and accountability.
  • Takes responsibility for planning and organizing work to meet defined objectives and processes.
  • Defines milestones, manages deliverables, and may delegate tasks or responsibilities when required.
  • Influences internal teams, specialist peers, and project stakeholders.
  • Engages with customers and suppliers at the account level when necessary.
  • Supports resource allocation and team coordination and contributes to activities related to the area of expertise.
  • Makes decisions that directly impact project success and team outcomes.
  • Handles a broad range of complex technical activities across multiple contexts.
  • Investigates, analyzes, and resolves complex technical issues and system challenges.
  • Understands the connection between technical solutions, customer requirements, and broader organizational objectives.
  • Provides guidance on standards, methodologies, tools, and technologies relevant to the domain and selects appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrates a structured and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats, presenting complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Facilitates collaboration among stakeholders with shared objectives.
  • Plans, schedules, and monitors work to meet quality, timeline, and compliance requirements.
  • Quickly assimilates new technologies and applies them effectively in project environments.
  • Maintains awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
