Role Overview
The Product Manager for Mini-PC, NUC, and Google Meet hardware solutions is responsible for driving the commercial success and lifecycle management of the product portfolio across the Benelux region.
This role combines product management, commercial strategy, and partner-driven business development. The successful candidate will lead go-to-market execution through distributors, VARs, and system integrators while supporting enterprise opportunities across the region.
The Product Manager will define product strategy, manage the portfolio lifecycle, drive demand generation, and support sales execution across key accounts and partners. This includes pricing strategy, forecasting, market analysis, and quarterly business reviews.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Benelux commercial and enterprise IT channel, with an established network that can help open doors with partners and customers.
This role requires a commercially driven product manager who is comfortable working alongside the sales team to originate opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Business Development
• Own commercial growth and revenue performance for Mini-PC, NUC, and collaboration solutions across the Benelux region.
• Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy aligned with ASUS regional and global objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with enterprise customers, VARs, system integrators, and commercial channel partners.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key distributors and high-potential partners.
• Support the sales organization in developing and closing key commercial opportunities.
• Act as an ASUS ambassador at partner events, industry forums, and customer engagements.
Product Ownership & Portfolio Management
• Own the full product lifecycle, from go-to-market planning through end-of-life transitions.
• Define product strategies aligned with ASUS regional and global objectives.
• Manage the product portfolio including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategy.
• Ensure strong product positioning within the local market.
• Deliver product roadmap updates and training to internal teams and channel partners.
Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market Execution
• Work closely with the sales team to identify, develop, and close strategic opportunities and key accounts across the Benelux region.
• Actively contribute to business development by originating new opportunities through partners, enterprise customers, and the commercial channel.
• Lead by example in pipeline generation and partner engagement, supporting the sales team in building and converting opportunities.
• Develop demand generation initiatives together with ASUS marketing teams to stimulate market adoption and partner pipeline.
• Enable partners through training, joint activities, and product positioning to drive commercial success.
• Support product launches and ensure successful market introduction of new technologies. Forecasting,
Reporting & Market Analysis
• Forecast demand, revenue, and profitability for assigned product categories.
• Monitor pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance.
• Conduct market analysis including competitor benchmarking and industry trends.
• Present quarterly business reviews and performance updates to regional leadership.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support regional and global strategic planning.
Experience
• 5–10+ years of experience in product management, enterprise sales, or business development within the IT industry.
• Strong experience with commercial IT solutions such as Mini-PC, NUC, servers, storage, endpoint devices, or collaboration hardware.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and drive revenue growth through channel partners.
• Strong understanding of the Benelux commercial IT channel ecosystem, including VARs, system integrators, and enterprise partners.
• Demonstrated success working with regional markets and multinational organizations.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities including forecasting, KPI tracking, and market analysis.
