Job Description – Product Owner

1. Product Vision & Roadmap Leadership

 Define and articulate a clear product vision aligned with organizational

 Develop and maintain a measurable roadmap with quarterly milestones to

ensure delivery against business objectives.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment

 Serve as the primary bridge between business, technology, and customers,

achieving 95%+ stakeholder satisfaction.

 Facilitate structured communication forums to align priorities, resolve conflicts,

and ensure transparency.

3. Backlog Ownership & Value Prioritization

 Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure 100% alignment with

quarterly OKRs.

 Apply ROI-driven prioritization to reduce delivery cycle time by 20%,

maximizing business impact.

4. Customer-Centric Innovation

 Integrate customer insights into product design, leading to a 30%

improvement in Net Promoter Score (NPS).

 Champion user experience by embedding feedback loops into every stage of

development.

5. Agile Execution & Sprint Leadership

 Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring 90%+ sprint goal

achievement.

 Collaborate with Scrum Masters and engineering teams to remove blockers

and sustain delivery velocity.

6. Data-Driven Product Decisions

 Leverage analytics to track product KPIs, driving 25% increase in feature

7. Risk Management & Compliance Assurance

 Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring 100% compliance with
