That’s why we're seeking a full-time Product / UX Designer to collaborate with us in driving our product experience further. We expect a broad range of design skills, and exceptional taste.

As a Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our innovative product and its intuitive user experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Craft detailed user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for new features;
• Collaborating closely with the development team to maximise the user experience;
• Be scrappy and hands on with any design assets needed;
• Establish scalable design processes that uphold quality standards;
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback;
• Champion quick wins and impactful improvements;
• Contribute to improving the design quality of the Rappit Platform;
• Help set the bar for design quality and the culture for how design works at Rappit;
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design.

What we are looking for:

• A portfolio showcasing successful (product) design work, loved by users;
• A track record of working in high performing, fast-paced environments;
• Talent for simplifying complicated user journeys into intuitive experiences;
• Strong prototyping abilities with emphasis on clear visual communication;
• Outstanding command of visual design, UI patterns, and interaction principles;
• Fluency with design systems and technical implementations;
• At least 4 years of experience in Product / UX design;
• HBO working and thinking level;
• Living in the Netherlands without requiring sponsorship;
• Bonus: Experience designing AI products;
