Tangível is hiring Senior UX Designers to work on high-scale, complex digital products with international impact. This is a senior role with real responsibility and influence, suited for professionals comfortable working in demanding, enterprise-level environments.
What You Will Do

- Conduct user research and translate insights into clear design decisions
- Design user journeys, workflows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders
- Contribute actively in Agile / Scrum environments
- Communicate design rationale through storytelling and presentations
- Ensure consistency, usability, and quality across large-scale products
- 5+ years of experience in UX / Product Design
- Proven experience working on complex products or corporate environments
- Strong ability to explain and defend design decisions
- High attention to detail, from research to specifications
- Advanced/fluent English, spoken and written
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site)
- Updated portfolio demonstrating process, reasoning, and impact (not just UI)
