What we are looking for

Hard skills

• Proven track record as a Programme Director on large-scale IT outsourcing or managed services transitions.
• Deep experience managing multi-tower, multi-supplier engagements across complex IT environments.
• Strong familiarity with ITIL-aligned service management and enterprise governance models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Executive Steering Committees and senior client relationships.
• Experience working within the financial services sector or similarly regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Relevant professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
• Very good English skills (minimum C1 level)
