We’re looking for a senior developer who can help us build and evolve the next generation of our e-learning products.

At Smart Naris, we work across two key areas:

• Coursly AI and other AI-driven product/process improvements
• Smart ARENA, our existing e-learning platform

This is not a narrowly specialized role. We’re looking for a strong, hands-on engineer who combines technical architecture thinking, backend strength, full-stack product development, and practical AI implementation.

You’ll help us shape new AI-powered solutions, improve existing products, and bring structure, quality, and modern engineering practices into our development process.

What you’ll do

• Design and build new product features across our e-learning and AI solutions
• Lead technical architecture decisions and help shape the future evolution of our platforms
• Develop AI-powered workflows for document upload, analysis, content generation, and transformation into interactive learning content
• Build and improve backend services, integrations, APIs, and application logic
• Contribute to front-end development where needed
• Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing systems
• Help modernize legacy parts of the platform and gradually introduce better engineering practices
• Bring practical AI methods into real product use cases

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a senior software engineer, full-stack engineer, or technical architect
• Strong backend and system design skills
• Ability to independently own technical solutions from idea to implementation
• Practical experience with AI / LLM-based product development
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and scalable application design
• Confidence working across multiple technologies and codebases
• Product mindset and the ability to balance fast execution with long-term maintainability

Preferred stack / experience

• TypeScript and/or Python
• React.js
• LLMs, AI workflows, document processing, structured generation
• AWS
• SQL databases, API integrations, external services

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP and Laravel
• Experience maintaining or modernizing legacy systems
• Familiarity with MariaDB
• Experience in e-learning, content workflows, or document-to-content pipelines
