About your role:
We are looking for a Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join the team in Sofia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers and ensuring a positive service experience. You will be the first point of contact for clients and assist them with various inquiries and issues.
What you will do:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication
• Provide accurate information using internal tools and procedures
What we’re looking for:
• Slovenian language at C2 level
• English language at minimum B2 level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
Working schedule:
• Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 23:00
• Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00
• Work schedule organized in shifts
Training:
• 3 weeks of training + 1 week nesting
Working model:
• Office-based (B&M) – Sofia
