Known for precision engineering and a strong innovation pipeline, our client is looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) to drive the next generation of optical solutions.

🔍 Your Impact

As Product Manager, you will act as a key interface across business functions – shaping tomorrow’s product portfolio from concept through to launch.

• Lead and deliver innovative product development projects with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to global product strategies and international launches
• Drive data-based product performance analysis using modern tools and systems
• Create compelling training materials, presentations, and communication concepts
• Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategy
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams
• Support as a technical expert (2nd level) for internal stakeholders
• Play a key role in digital transformation, optimising product data structures and systems

✅ Your Profile

• Degree in Optometry, Ophthalmic Technology, or a related field
• Strong interest in product development, marketing, and innovation
• Technically savvy with a passion for digital tools and data
• Analytical mindset with a structured, hands-on approach
• Excellent German and good English skills (French is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a drive to make an impact
