As part of our continued expansion in digital markets, we are seeking a highly skilled Web3 Social Media Manager to lead and scale our digital presence across global platforms. • Develop and execute social media strategies across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and other Web3-native platforms
• Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and high-quality публикации aligned with brand voice
• Create engaging content (threads, posts, announcements, educational materials) tailored to crypto and Web3 audiences
• Monitor trends in Web3, blockchain, AI, and digital assets to create timely and relevant content
• Grow and engage community across social channels, fostering strong brand presence
• Collaborate with internal teams (research, trading, product) to translate complex topics into accessible content
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and optimize strategies accordingly

• Proven experience managing social media in Web3, crypto, or fintech environments
• Strong understanding of Web3 culture, trends, and audience behavior
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English
• Experience with platforms such as X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content streams
• Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools
• Creativity combined with strategic thinking

• Competitive annual salary: PLN 180,000 – 260,000, above market average, plus performance-based bonuses
