We’re hiring a full‑time, remote Finance Manager to oversee finance operations for a cryptocurrency fund. In this role you’ll monitor and analyze financial activity, manage budgeting and forecasting, and produce clear, decision‑ready reporting. You’ll help ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and tax requirements, contribute to fund‑level financial strategy, and coordinate with stakeholders and external service providers. You’ll work closely with the investment team to interpret market‑related data and turn it into actionable insights for the fund.

• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Strong understanding of crypto markets and blockchain fundamentals
• Proven skills in financial analysis, controls, and risk assessment
• Confidence with financial tools, reporting systems, and data workflows
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and tax obligations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets
• Experience in crypto, investment funds, or asset management is a strong plus

Base Salary: €260,000 - €280,000 annually

End-of-year bonus based on performance results of up to 20% of annual salary
