The Network Engineer in ACROM is responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting the network infrastructure of the company’s customers to meet business objectives and SLAs.
Skills and knowledge:
Good knowledge of network principles and hands-on experience Technologies used: Juniper (Mist), Cisco and Meraki Cloud Networks (nice to have) Cisco/Juniper certification: CCNP/JNCIP Experience in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points and wireless controllers Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Very good command of English
Day-to-day work:
- Design, installation and configuration of the LAN/WAN networks for the company’s customers.
- implement and support various network infrastructure solutions
- Installation and configuration of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, access-points, wireless controllers, network monitoring tool)
- Configuration changes on network devices and network applications based on the existing change management process
- Monitor network and systems health, responding appropriately to network alerts and events to diagnose and troubleshoot network issues
- Provide direction, information and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations Interact with vendors and third party for problem resolution
- Maintain multi-site network operations with both private and public facilities
- Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives
