Sector Alarm is a fast-growing international company, and one of Europe’s leading safety providers with more than 3.500 employees and 730.000 customers. To support our continuous growth and expansion, we need to strengthen our team with a Digital Project Manager. This position will be based in Madrid, reporting to the Brand and Website Director.
This role leads critical digital transformation projects, with primary ownership of two key strategic projects: the relaunch of website A/B testing programs across all markets and championing AI tool adoption to enhance productivity and team enablement. This role coordinates diverse stakeholders—including design, development, analytics, and market-specific marketing teams.
Job Responsibilities
General Project Management & Delivery
- Own end-to-end project delivery across key transformational projects. Create detailed project plans with realistic timelines, resource allocation, and phase gates; track project performance against targets, manage scope changes and adjust delivery based on learnings.
- Manage project dependencies and risks, identify project blockers early, escalate appropriately, and keep stakeholders aligned with clear, data-backed communication.
- Facilitate regular status review meetings with leadership, providing progress updates against KPIs.
- Own the relaunch of the AB test project. Work with the local website teams and other business stakeholders including design/branding, development, web analytics, and local marketing to align on the project roadmap per market, prioritize hypotheses, secure stakeholder buy-in and define implementation phasing strategy, and success metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops with design, development, analytics and teams in local markets to establish standardized testing processes, hypothesis frameworks, variant approval workflows, and statistical significance thresholds.
- Build testing capabilities across teams through documentation, training sessions, and hands-on collaboration. Facilitate knowledge sharing across different markets.
- Maximize the usage of AI integrated AI functionalities to identify high-impact AI use cases such as automated hypothesis generation or variant creation (copy/UI ideation) to explore maximizing the potential of VWO.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases by mapping needs and assessing best-fit tools with local markets, legal, and compliance teams. Unlock value from existing capabilities (e.g., HubSpot AI features, GA4 insights, VWO smart stats, Semrush AI toolkit) through capability mapping and targeted training. Coordinate hands-on sessions and workshops with vendors (e.g., VWO teams, Semrush) to enable ethical, prompt-engineered, and department-process-integrated use.
- Own the AI agent strategy development to improve productivity within the department, defining needs, project roadmap and a when and how autonomous agents should be deployed to orchestrate tasks across testing, analysis, and reporting
- Develop department-specific prompt libraries, templates, and best-practice highways.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders: design/branding, development, analytics, legal & compliance, Tech, and local marketing teams across 8 European markets.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear briefs and action plans; ensure accountability, clarity, and alignment at all levels.
- Facilitate multi-market collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years leading digital projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Clear understanding of how A/B testing is vital to improve websites.
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, site speed optimization, and UX best practices.
- Knowledge of AI tools and their application to marketing, design, and data workflows.
- English fluency.
- Valid work permit within the EU.
- Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) or digital/marketing disciplines.
- Experience with GA4.
