We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, and product-focused Lead Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership ambition. This role will see you transition into a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position as you scale our product, lead our engineering team, and drive innovation.

The Role

As the Lead Developer (and Future CTO), you'll play a key role in developing and enhancing our platform. You’ll combine hands-on coding with technical leadership while contributing to product strategy and scaling our technical team. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Drive the technical and product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Prepare for a seamless transition into the CTO role by demonstrating technical excellence and leadership.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a growing team of engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture.
• Propose and integrate innovative technologies and processes to enhance product performance.

Technical Development

• Code Crafting: Design, develop, and maintain platform features using .NET technologies (C# and .NET frameworks).
• Build and optimize high-quality, scalable, and secure back-end systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Front-End Development: Apply your familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to contribute to a seamless front-end experience.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Problem Solving: Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance to guarantee a smooth, high-quality product.

Innovation & Growth

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices, applying fresh ideas to improve the platform.
• Act as a technical advocate for the product, ensuring scalability, performance, and innovation are prioritized.
• Contribute to building a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

• Proven Experience:5 + years of hands-on development experience with C# and the .NET framework.
• Front-End Familiarity: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Problem Solving: Strong debugging and optimization skills to enhance product performance.
• Full-Stack Mindset: Ability to contribute to both front-end and back-end development.
