Project Manager | €130k | Sweden | Data Centre Project

I’m working with a leading contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a major data centre build in Sweden.

This is a senior, site-based position suited to someone who can lead complex construction projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the overall delivery of a large-scale data centre project, managing all phases from planning through to execution and handover.

Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and site teams, you’ll ensure seamless coordination across all workstreams while driving programme performance and mitigating risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the full lifecycle delivery of a large data centre construction project
• Managing programme, budget, and resource allocation across multiple disciplines
• Coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Overseeing site operations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
• Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and change control processes
• Driving progress to meet key milestones and project deadlines
• Ensuring clear communication and reporting to senior stakeholders and clients
• Implementing best practices to improve efficiency and project outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects as a Project Manager
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex programmes
• Solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, and Health & Safety regulations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-value project environments

Desirable

• Data centre or mission-critical infrastructure experience
• Experience working on international projects or within the Nordic region
• Relevant project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)
