Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you will provide technical support for Growatt’s range of products, ensure exceptional customer service, and work closely with our headquarters to maintain and enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support for all Growatt products within the Sweden region.
- Offer remote support for product-related inquiries and troubleshooting via phone, email, and online communication platforms.
- Perform on-site services, including inspections, repairs, inverter replacements, maintenance, and customer visits.
- Collect and report product failures, provide feedback on major quality issues, and collaborate with headquarters to drive product improvements.
- Prepare detailed service reports and troubleshooting documentation in compliance with company standards and policies.
- Support marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and customer visits when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Power Electronics or a related field; experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a variety of product series and technologies.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese or Swedish is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
- Familiarity with basic instrumentation tools (e.g., multimeters, RS-485 tools).
- Willingness to travel frequently for business, customer support, and training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work as a self-employed contractor is a significant advantage.
