The Senior Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting business processes using technology solutions. This role is dedicated to rigorously testing and stress-testing complex, large-scale projects developed by the team, to identify and report software defects, often through creative and unconventional methods to push the system to its limits. Once any issues are identified, the Senior Quality Engineer communicates them clearly, providing detailed steps to reproduce the bugs. This role also provides stakeholders with timely updates and metrics through effective communication. They adapt to evolving business and project requirements by creating automated regression tests ensuring stability of solutions in response to these changes. In addition to their testing duties, The Senior Quality Engineer contributes to the ongoing enhancement of QA processes, identifying areas for continuous improvement. They take a leadership role in implementing and championing testing standards and best practices across cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5+ years of experience in digital product management
- Experience delivering eCommerce or large‑scale digital experiences (B2B and/or B2C)
- Strong product management fundamentals, including agile development practices (SAFe experience a plus)
- Proven people leadership experience, managing direct and/or indirect teams, including offshore partners
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize data, develop recommendations, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a bias toward action and outcomes
- Ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively across a complex, matrixed organization
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating change in a fast‑moving environment
- Experience with testing and optimization tools and applying insights to product decisions
- Highly organized, self‑directed, and detail‑oriented
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes

Set Product Vision and Strategy
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to enterprise strategy and customer needs
- Identify and prioritize opportunities using customer research, data insights, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder input
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps that balance near‑term impact with long‑term value
- Clearly articulate product direction and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, from executives to delivery teams
