About the job

We are looking for a “Product Development Group Manager” to lead our product development teams in building the next generation of our AI‑infused industrial IoT platform, Platform360.

Platform360 MES/MOM is a comprehensive production management suite delivering the core infrastructure required for smart factories. It provides end-to-end capabilities across production, materials, maintenance, quality, energy, and safety management while integrating seamlessly with ERP, PLM, and other enterprise systems. Through its AI-driven process optimization and anomaly detection, Platform360 MES enables organizations to achieve higher productivity, improved quality, and resilient production operations.

With the integration of IoT, AI, and digital twins, Platform360 accelerates Industrial Transformation by connecting previously isolated automation systems and enabling a unified, intelligent view of the entire value chain.

In this role, you and your team will shape the future of our AI-driven manufacturing solutions used by the largest enterprises across manufacturing, automotive, oil & gas, and other key industries in the region. Our ambition is to become the leading AI‑Infused Industrial IoT platform provider in the country and beyond, empowering our customers on their Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 journeys.

General Qualifications

· Engineering degree from a reputable university.

· 12+ years experience in software development, with 5+ years preferably in leadership roles.

· Ability and experience solving large-scale engineering problems.

· Experience in .Net, Java or full-stack development.

· Deep understanding of System Architecture and UI/UX Design principles.

· Deep knowledge of product development processes and project management with Agile methods.

· Experience in communicating effectively with managers within the organization and with customers.

· Detail-oriented, predicting problems before they occur and solving them with persistent follow-up.

· Self-motivated and has a leader profile that raises the energy of the team and supports it.

· Effective communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills.

· Fluent in English

Roles and Responsibilities

· Shape and communicate a bold product vision centered around AI‑Infused Industrial Transformation.

· Lead and mentor product managers, shaping product roadmaps in line with market needs and company strategies.

· Oversee the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and with high quality.

· Develop and enforce software architecture standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across all development teams.

· Ensure effective product and solution positioning, including effort allocation and presales coverage to support business growth.

· Build and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with sales targets, product strategies, and financial objectives.

· Develop strong collaborations with solution partners and suppliers to maintain compatibility and support technological development.

· Act as a key interface between Product, Project, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring customer needs for KoçDigital IoT products are addressed accurately and promptly.

· Create resource plans and financial forecasts in alignment with product development CAPEX budgets.
