About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist to join our People & Client Experience team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for both clients and employees across our global services.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will run the onboarding journey from initial client setup through to employee activation. You will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time, while maintaining a high standard of operational delivery.
Your focus will be on executing onboarding processes, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless transition from client onboarding to operational service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing🛠️
- Run the onboarding of new clients and employees across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead client onboarding activities including kickoff calls, platform demonstrations, and initial account setup.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand timelines, documentation requirements, and onboarding milestones.
- Coordinate employee onboarding processes, including collecting required information and preparing employment documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams (payroll, finance, legal) to ensure onboarding steps are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure all tasks, documentation, and approvals are completed in line with timelines and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and documentation within internal systems.
- Support troubleshooting of onboarding issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding workflows, documentation, and internal processes.

- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- You have strong attention to detail and are comfortable working with documentation, contracts, and compliance-related processes.
- You are a clear communicator who can guide clients through structured processes and timelines.
- You enjoy working collaboratively across teams to ensure operational success.
- You are comfortable using internal systems, CRM platforms, and operational tools to track progress and maintain accurate records.
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
