Competencies We Expect in Our New Team Member
- Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, development or academy-related roles
- Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Canva, LMS platforms, e-learning tools, SurveyMonkey, Movie Maker etc.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to collaborate wirh global stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in delivering corporate presentations
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills; outgoing and solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive, able to initiative, and eager to learn
- Project management skills are a plus
- Must have a valid work permit in Turkey
- Support the development and execution of training and development strategies aligned with business priorities and company culture
- Manage academy programs end-to-end
- Identify learning and development needs across the organization and contribute to the annual training roadmap
- Coordinate and manage LMS and training portals processes, ensuring smooth communication, organization, and follow-up
- Design, develop, and enhance digital learning content using tools such as Canva, LMS platforms, and other e-learning technologies
- Take an active role in the planning and execuiton of training sessions, workshops, and development events, including logistical coordination
- Colloborate closely with global stakeholders and contribute to projects carried out in partnership with AXA Group
- Track training effectiveness, analyze feedback and data, and proactively propose improvement actions
