Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and continuously enhance the company-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Lead enterprise cybersecurity governance, including committees, frameworks, and cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee the lifecycle of cybersecurity programs, including risk assessments, incident response, and resilience planning.
• Manage SOC’s , threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response operations.
• Establish robust detection, monitoring, and response capabilities for IT, OT, and cloud environments.
• Ensure strong identity, access management, and segmentation practices across the enterprise.
• Maintain compliance with national and international frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, sectoral regulations).
• Drive cybersecurity risk management, including reporting to executive leadership and the board.
• Lead audits, assessments, and mitigation planning across all business units.
• Design and enforce security architecture principles across infrastructure, cloud, and application domains.
• Oversee secure-by-design practices, including DevSecOps, data protection, and encryption standards.
• Support OT cybersecurity initiatives with relevant operational technology teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in enterprise cybersecurity governance, incident response, and risk management.
• Deep knowledge of cloud security, network security, IAM, OT security, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working in critical infrastructure or energy sector (preferred).
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, GIAC certifications, or equivalent senior-level credentials
• Strategic and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong leadership, team development, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-stakes, high-resilience environments.
