Tripledot Games is a leading developer and publisher of casual and puzzle games, with a strong presence in London, Warsaw and Barcelona. The studio is responsible for multiple top 10 titles including Woodoku, Woodoku Blast, Solitaire and TripleTile.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Unity Developer to combine hands-on technical excellence with team leadership. You will shape the technical direction of our games while contributing directly to new titles, gameplay features and live operations.
Working closely with product, design and art in a collaborative Agile environment, you will help prototype and build engaging mobile game experiences, maintain high engineering standards, and support the growth of the team through technical ownership and mentoring.
Role Overview
- Lead, mentor and develop the Unity engineering team, fostering strong technical standards and collaboration.
- Implement gameplay features in Unity.
- Design, plan and implement scalable, maintainable architecture and code for new titles, gameplay features and live operations.
- Optimize code & memory for high performance on iOS and Android.
- Design and plan architecture, implement maintainable code.
- Review code, guide best practices and support less experienced developers through technical feedback and coaching.
- Improve tooling, workflows and technical approaches that increase team efficiency and product quality.
- Contribute across the full game development lifecycle, including prototyping, feature delivery, release and live support.
- Strong professional experience with Unity and C#, including shipping and supporting mobile games on iOS and Android.
- A “Can Do” mentality that drives improvement and meeting deadlines.
- Proven experience leading or growing Unity teams, mentoring developers and helping build high-performing engineering teams..
- Deep understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design principles and design patterns..
- Solid experience across the full lifecycle of mobile game development and live operations is a plus.
- Experience with prototyping but also extending a large legacy project.
- Experience with Deep Profiler, Frame Debugger, Memory Profiler.
- Experience with Unity UI and gameplay programming.
- Experience with Git or other source control systems.
- Experience in working with existing code bases.
- Experience with GLSL/HLSL and ShaderGraph is a plus.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
