We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer (Contract – Hybrid) to manage and optimize enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. This role focuses on network operations, monitoring, and security management across complex environments. You will work closely with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to maintain reliable, scalable, and secure network systems while supporting ongoing enhancements and modernization initiatives.

Key Skills

• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, and wireless access points in enterprise environments.
• Monitor and optimize network performance using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or equivalent platforms.
• Troubleshoot network incidents, respond to alerts, and perform root cause analysis to ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls, including policy configuration and updates via Panorama.
• Support Cisco ISE for network access control, including 802.1X authentication and guest access management.
• Support SD-WAN operations, including link monitoring, policy updates, and failover testing.
• Implement firmware and software patching for network devices while ensuring compliance with change management processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation such as network diagrams, incident logs, and configuration records.
• Generate reports on network health, uptime, and incident trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide L2/L3 support, including participation in on-call rotations.
