We are seeking a Senior Manager – Contracts to join our team, providing senior-level commercial and contract management support across major data center and construction projects. The role will ensure strong governance, effective risk management, and commercial optimization, acting as a trusted advisor to project leadership and delivery teams.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Contribution

  • Provide senior expertise on commercial, contract, and cost matters across major capital projects.
  • Support governance, standards, and controls across the project portfolio.
  • Act as a commercial partner to Project Directors, PMO, Finance, Procurement, and Legal on high-value/high-risk projects.

Commercial & Contract Management

  • Manage complex contracts including EPC/D&C, consultancy, vendor/supply, service, and subcontract agreements.
  • Support procurement strategies and provide commercial input into tenders, evaluations, and award recommendations.
  • Participate in high-value negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining balanced risk allocation.

Change, Claims & Risk Management

  • Review and advise on variations, claims, and entitlements.
  • Identify contractual and commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legal requirements, and company policies.

Financial Oversight & Reporting

  • Support budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and commercial baseline development.
  • Monitor financial performance versus budget and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Prepare timely, accurate commercial reports and insights for leadership.

Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and consultants on contract-related matters.
  • Maintain strong commercial relationships with key contractors and vendors.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial practices, systems, and processes.



QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

  • 12+ years of commercial and contract management experience, ideally in data centers, complex engineering, or construction projects across the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong expertise in contract negotiation, commercial strategy, cost management, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience working in multicultural, cross-functional teams and managing external consultants and vendors.
  • Proven ability to lead high-value contracts and advise senior stakeholders on complex contractual and financial matters.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in multicultural project environments.
