INTRODUCTION

ATOM is the end-to-end insurance operating system, enabling any entity within the insurance lifecycle to operate the entirety of their activities and cooperate/interact with third parties. Its unique advantage is to incorporate not only insurance underwriting and claims handling, but also all associated support and corporate activities.

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a product-focused UI/UX Designer who wants to take real ownership of the user experience across the ATOM platform.

This role goes beyond producing screens. You will help shape scalable design systems, improve complex product workflows, and introduce smarter design processes, including the use of AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency and quality.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to evolve the platform’s design foundations and ensure a consistent experience as ATOM grows.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and improve the user experience across key areas of the ATOM platform
• Design intuitive interfaces and workflows for complex insurance and operational processes
• Create wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for new product features
• Contribute to the development and evolution of ATOM’s scalable design system and reusable UI components
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are practical and accurately implemented
• Introduce and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve design speed, consistency, and efficiency
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to guide product improvements
• Establish and maintain UX standards, patterns, and best practices across the platform
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership
• Support and mentor junior designers as the team grows
• Continuously improve design processes within an agile product development environment

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• 4–6 years experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong experience designing complex SaaS platforms or enterprise products
• Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams with engineers and product managers
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts and developer handoff processes
• Interest in using AI tools to improve design workflows and efficiency
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable taking ownership of design decisions and driving improvements
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and support others
