Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors and needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project requirements.
- Design interfaces that align with overall brand and product strategy goals.
- Iterate on design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Ensure designs are accessible and comply with applicable standards and guidelines.
- Participate in design reviews and play an active role in design discussions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across all products.
- Facilitate workshops or brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.
- Provide design support throughout the project life cycle, from concept to delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design preferably within tech environments.
- Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and user-centered solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and the constraints of web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on crafting innovative design solutions.
