Role Description 📝

We are seeking a commercially driven, technically strong, and forward-thinking Sr. Manager – Data Analytics & BI to lead our analytics function and evolve it into an AI-enabled, insight-driven growth engine.

This is a hands-on leadership role — you will define the strategy, build frameworks, and still dive into data, dashboards, and models. You will also play a key role in introducing and scaling AI and advanced analytics capabilities across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing ✅

• Define and lead the data analytics, BI, and AI strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.
• Build and scale dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models across marketing, product, and operations.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making at all levels.
• Partner with marketing, product, finance, and leadership to embed data-driven and AI-assisted decision-making.
• Own and evolve KPI frameworks, business performance tracking, and executive reporting.
• Lead performance marketing analytics, attribution, and customer lifecycle insights.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML models for personalization, forecasting, segmentation, and automation.
• Drive experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, predictive analytics) to unlock growth.
• Establish data governance, quality standards, and scalable analytics best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, while remaining deeply hands-on with tools and execution.
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to enhance data infrastructure and enable advanced analytics use cases.

Skills & Qualifications 🧩

• 10–12 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy roles.
• Proven experience leading analytics in e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer tech environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with AI/ML applications in business contexts (e.g., segmentation, recommendation systems, forecasting, automation).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing analytics, attribution models, and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Ability to translate complex data into business impact and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing teams while staying close to execution.
• Builder mindset with a balance of strategy, ownership, and hands-on delivery.
