Project Manager

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge software projects for our large enterprise customers. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage complex initiatives and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for large enterprise clients, managing expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and senior-level stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Process Improvement: Implement and refine project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Reporting: Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to both internal teams and clients, highlighting key milestones, deliverables, and issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience managing software development or implementation projects, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Strong track record of successfully delivering projects for large enterprise clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Adept at managing cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration across diverse groups.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus
